Our servers are connected to a redundant gigabit backbone situated on a hub of the European backbone. Power is backed up via UPS and a diesel generator. Within the datacenter we have an automated fire suppression system as well as a 90 minute fire-rated single entrance door. The building maintains high security at all times. All our servers are monitored 24/7/365 with email and SMS notifications to our network engineers.

BACKUP

We perform daily incremental backups on our server and keep a copy of the last 2 weeks of backups should you need to restore from an accidental deletion. Contact support should you need to restore a file or site from the latest backup.
