22 April 2020: DNS Error (Resolved)
A temporary issue with sites using the Kalkbay DNS servers was identified and resolved.
16 June 2012: Hardware Fault effecting www1.kalkbay.co.za sites (Resolved)
From 8:26pm-10:16pm and 11:30pm to 11:52pm www1 web host was temporarily offline due to emergency hardware maintenance. The matter was resolved by our attending engineers.
17 October 2011: Problem with 021-300-1080 (Resolved)
We are experiencing a problem with our telephone number presently.
03 August 2011: Hardware Diagnostics Scheduled Downtime (Resolved)
Scheduled downtime for hardware maintenance of 2 hours and 47 mins ( [03-08-2011 22:19:29] till [04-08-2011 01:07:40] SAST ).
31 July 2011: MySQL Error (Resolved)
We had an error with our main MySQL server which effected all database driven sites for 8 hours. We are investigating the matter further and will post a report shortly.
02 March 2011: Server Maintenance (Resolved)
Our Webserver went for emergency maintenance down for the duration of 15 minutes [ From 4:15 PM to 5:00 PM SA time ] on Monday 28th of February 2011.
